We do not accept returns for reasons such as the product being the wrong size, not what you expected, or being purchased by mistake.
If the product is defective, damaged, faulty, or shipped incorrectly due to reasons attributable to us, we will exchange it if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We do not accept returns on our own.
*If the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund the product price or refund your membership points.
Please note that even if the return or exchange is due to our cause, we will not be able to accept the returned product if you do not contact us in advance.
Please note that we cannot respond in the following cases, even if the cause is a defect, damage, malfunction, or incorrect shipping of the product, which is attributable to our company.
・If your request is made more than 4 days after the product has arrived, or if you have not contacted us in advance. ・If the product is on sale and the product tags or accessories are missing. ・If you are unable to provide a photo of the abnormality. ・If there are signs of wear, processing, or washing of the product. ・If the product has acquired an odor, dirt, scratches, or other damage while in your possession.
