Request to reset your member password
jemiremi has completely renovated its website on Wednesday, February 17, 2021.
As a result, for security reasons, we will be resetting member passwords that you registered at the old online store.

How to set a password
① Enter the email address you registered with the old online store. ② Click the send button. ③ You will receive a password reset email.
*Due to system specifications, it says "reset", but you will not be able to log in with your old password. *If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
④ Register a new password using the link in the email body to complete the process
Members who cannot set a password
If you see the message "No account" when resetting your password, it may be that your account is in temporary registration status.
In that case, please register again using the same name and email address you used when registering on the old site.
Membership registration
The system will take you to the "Create an Account" screen, but when you register as a new member, your already registered address will be linked to your My Page.
Existing members will need to reset their password.
